The organisation of the conference will be taken care of by St. Joseph's Services for the Visually Impaired in Dublin.

During the ICEVI Conference in Kuala Lumpur an agreement was signed by Brian Allen, director of St. Joseph's Services for the Visually Impaired and Hans Welling, chairman of the board of ICEVI-Europe.

The programme committee will have a second meeting in June 2007.
